Release of Liability

I and the participants that join me FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE the RELEASED PARTIES from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may hereafter have for SPORTS INJURIES, however caused, even if caused by the negligence (whether active or passive) of any of the RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Released parties being Primula Beach Hotel, Kelab Sukan Paramotor 1 Malaysia, Highvision Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd owner and employees.

I/we are also agree to become temporary member of Kelab Sukan Paramotor 1 Malaysia
